Jonathan Teich is chief medical officer and director of clinical innovation at Intersystems.

Teich is an internationally-known leader in medical informatics, focused on improving health and healthcare through optimal design, implementation and use of health information technology.

He has authored over 100 publications in medical informatics. He is senior co-author of the book, Improving Outcomes with Clinical Decision Support. He co-chaired the HHS Roadmap for National Action on Clinical Decision Support, and led the CDS portfolio for the Office of the National Coordinator at the outset of Meaningful Use. He has served on the board of directors of AMIA, HIMSS, and the eHealth Initiative, and participates on a variety of industry and government councils on healthcare quality and knowledge delivery.
