Gregory’s academic interests range from algorithms in computer science to representation theory in pure mathematics and he has a special passion for applications of mathematics to theoretical physics. Gregory has a publication in Physical Review D as well as several mathematical papers. He graduated from Harvey Mudd College with a major in mathematics with a concentration in economics. Prior to his undergraduate work, Gregory was awarded the “Infinity Award for Never-Ending Pursuit of Mathematics.” His future plans are to pursue graduate studies in mathematical physics, focusing on quantum gravity theories like string theory. After earning his doctorate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Gregory is interested in a research career either in academia or industry.
