Alan Rosenbluth, PhD

Dr. Alan Edward Rosenbluth received the Ph.D. degree in optics from the University of Rochester in 1982 as a Hertz Fellow. He was a Research Staff Member at the IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Center from 1982, and is now retired. His principal research activities were in photolithographic instrumentation and processing, display technology, and thin-film optics.
