Overview
Hertz Fellows will gather at the Tomales Bay Resort & Marina in Inverness, California, for the annual west coast retreat to network, collaborate, and share stories. We're delighted to welcome in-school fellows and those three years out from their PhD to join this event. Retreats are a key opportunity to build community and share ideas with other in-school and early career fellows in a relaxed and engaging environment.
Featured Activities: participate in an engineering challenge and a retrosynthesis activity, share your research/science through whiteboard talks, join an optional Bioluminescent Kayaking Tour on Tomales Bay, hike and explore Limantour beach, and more!
