Jordan Chetty

“A small gift from you has an outsized impact. The real magic of your donation isn’t just the dollar amount—it’s the signal it sends. As a more recent Hertz Fellow, you’re part of a group whose participation rate carries disproportionate weight in how the Foundation is perceived by large donors. Participation rate is one of the strongest credibility indicators we have and acts as a force multiplier. It helps raise real money. It helps fund future Fellows. And it signals that the people this community supports believe in its mission. That’s the donation leverage equation. And it’s why your participation—not your gift amount—makes all the difference.”

“Your generosity builds the capacity for the Hertz Foundation to fund creative, innovative, and diverse Hertz Fellows who are empowered to pursue bold ideas and promising opportunities. I hope this challenge inspires you to take that step in supporting the Hertz Foundation for the first time.”
