Stacy Kniffen is co-founder and president of Innovative Signal Analysis (ISA), a company developing advanced signal processing solutions for defense and commercial applications.
Kniffen earned his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University before completing his Ph.D. in electrical engineering at the University of Texas at Austin, where his fellowship began in 1987. His doctoral and subsequent research focused on advanced signal detection and classification algorithms, which he has commercialized through ISA in products serving intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance applications.
