Emily Vitas is the Director of Events at the Hertz Foundation, responsible for designing and executing meaningful convenings that deepen relationships and activate the Hertz community across Fellows, partners, donors and volunteers.
She is a collaborative leader with expertise in community development, organizational operations, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. Her experience includes founding two successful nonprofits and a government agency focused on workforce housing, managing donor and stakeholder relations within the nonprofit and foundation environments, and building efficient systems and operations within organizations.
With a Master’s in Business Administration, undergraduate work in organization communications and leadership, and certifications in strategic implementation and professional services marketing, Emily leverages her wide range of skills to drive meaningful impact.
