Innovation Hour

Career Transitions

At the January 14, 2021 Innovation Hour, three Hertz Fellows discuss career transitions between scientific fields, to business, or to entirely new endeavors.

Join a virtual conversation with three Hertz Fellows who have made career transitions from one science to another, transitioned from academia to business, or from semi-retirement to figuring out what's next.

Featured panelist and moderator Dale Stuart started in aerospace engineering and is now a clinical psychologist with expertise in helping gifted and talented individuals through career transitions. In between these two careers, Dale was a competitive freestyle skydiver and seven-time world champion. She'll be joined by Lily Kim and Greg Taylor (bios below).

At the event, the panelists will share their stories and have a discussion facilitated by Dale, followed by a Q&A with the audience.

This Hertz Foundation Innovation Hour will take place live on Thursday, January 14, 2021, from 12 to 1 p.m. Pacific, using the Zoom video conference platform. You can attend on a desktop, mobile device, or by phone. Please register using the form below, and we'll email you the Zoom meeting information.
