The Robbee Baker Kosak Leadership Fund provides new funds for securing world-class leaders in science and technology to speak at its signature events and an annual prize to recognize speakers’ leadership.
Extending Kosak’s legacy
The fund honors Robbee Baker Kosak, who served as president of the Hertz Foundation for nearly 10 years, guiding the organization into a new era of philanthropic leadership. In establishing the fund, the Hertz Foundation hopes to extend Kodak’s legacy by inspiring members of the Hertz community to engage, connect and support the foundation’s work, whether through financial gifts or volunteer service.

The first woman and non-scientist chosen to lead the Hertz Foundation, she oversaw unprecedented growth and transformation for nearly 10 years — from fundraising and programming to volunteer governance.
