MAKING HISTORY

Sam Schaevitz is currently working at Apple. Prior to joining Apple, Sam was the founder and CTO of Lilliputian Systems, raising over $150 million and growing the company to 140 people and leading the team through the successful development of the highly acclaimed Nectar power system with numerous “Worlds First”s. Nectar is a pocket-sized fuel cell system able to deliver two weeks of power to the latest smartphones. Sam personally invented solutions across the broad spectrum of technologies required for the Nectar Mobile Power System, including MEMS, material science, advanced packaging, fuel cells, and a variety of fluidic and electromechanical components. Despite the completion of a fully functioning pre-production device, Lilliputian ceased operations in early 2014.
