Chrissy Stachl, PhD

Chrissy Stachl is the founder and CEO of Reflecting Equity, a consulting company dedicated to helping communities foster inclusion and develop equitable policies and practices. She earned her Ph.D. in Chemistry in 2020 from the University of California, Berkeley. Her dissertation research focused on developing methods to understand and address the issues that negatively affect diversity, inclusion, and belonging within graduate communities. Chrissy has published research articles and editorials in a variety of academic journals, and continues to be a vocal advocate for graduate student well-being. Outside of work, she loves hiking, camping, dancing, and figure skating.
