This Hertz Foundation event will take place Monday, December 4 at 6:30 p.m. pacific at Dumpling Home in San Francisco, CA. Dumpling Home has the triple distinction of being Michelin rated, “Bib Gourmand,” a best value for money restaurant offering a three course meal at a reasonable price.
