2008 Southern California Qualcomm Dinner

On September 24, 2008 the Hertz Foundation hosted a dinner in La Jolla with Hertz Fellows and representatives from Qualcomm. Guest speakers were Hertz Fellow Neil Jablon, Director of Business Development, International Business Development and Fuyun Ling, Vice President of Technology who spoke on the topic, “What is Happening in Modern Telecommunications.”
