Mark Muntean is the President of Windy Hill Ventures, Inc.

Windy Hill Ventures is a Registered Investment Advisory firm serving a small number of select clients since 1993. Windy Hill Ventures provides high service personalized investment management services to select private investors and small businesses. The company’s primary offering is comprehensive portfolio management services for private clients. The strategies are based on proprietary asset allocation models that adapt to ever changing markets and economic factors, and that are tailored to each client’s personal needs and risk tolerances. Windy Hill Ventures also provides consulting services for family or small business strategic planning, financial management, and assistance with complex financial negotiations and investments.

Prior to his current role, Muntean worked at Hewlett Packard’s commercial system division. He served in engineering roles in hardware support engineering, system performance modeling and capacity planning. Later he was promoted to Support Engineering Manager and was responsible for the world wide support of the HP3000 product family, with a supervisory role over an engineering section of 50 people. He then transitioned into a new role he pioneered as as Hewlett Packard’s first Major Accounts Manager for the HP3000 family.
