Charles, “Chuck”, is Managing Director of Wafer Probe Operations at Atmel Corporation (retired)

Chuck spent 35 years at Atmel, first as Director of Yield enhancement. Chuck’s career also included time at Honeywell, NCR Microelectronics and Texas Instruments as well as an Assistant Professor of Physics role at University of Virginia.

Chuck completed his PhD in physics at the University of Chicago after his bachelor’s in physics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Chuck also holds an MBA from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.
